Timezone Fairness Planner
Find meeting windows that minimize off-hours burden across up to three locations, then rotate when no comfortable overlap exists.
How the ranking works
The planner tests every 30-minute start across a 24-hour UTC day. For each location, it measures how much of the meeting falls before the workday starts or after it ends. Options are ranked by the lowest combined off-hours burden, then by the lowest burden assigned to any one location.
A zero-minute score means the entire meeting fits inside every stated workday.
Fairness needs a rotation, not one perfect slot
When offices have no overlap, the mathematically lowest total burden may still repeatedly inconvenience the same people. Choose two or three viable windows and rotate them across the meeting series.
Review the pattern over a quarter. Count early starts and late finishes by location, and make exceptions for caregiving, accessibility, or local working agreements.

UTC offsets change with daylight-saving rules and those rules differ by country. Use this planner to compare patterns, then verify the chosen date for every location before sending the invitation.
