Useful, inspectable, and honest about limits.
Our goal is to help readers make a workplace decision, not to manufacture search pages. These rules apply to every guide, template, and calculator we publish.
Original contribution
Each page must add something created by us: a transparent tool, a worked calculation, an actionable framework, an original template, or analysis that connects sources to a defined workplace decision. We do not republish articles, lightly rewrite another publisher's work, or use embedded material as the main value of a page.
Sources
We prefer primary research, government statistics, standards, and first-party documentation. Reputable secondary sources may provide context. Sources are linked near the relevant guide, and we state what a source supports rather than implying that it endorses every recommendation on the page.
Authorship and AI assistance
The Meeting Workflow Lab Editorial Team is accountable for the published work. Software, including generative tools, may help organize drafts or check structure, but it is not treated as a source. Claims, formulas, links, examples, and final wording require editorial review before publication.
Examples and uncertainty
Illustrative examples are labeled as such and use invented organizations or unnamed teams. Estimates state their inputs and omissions. We avoid false precision and recommend ranges or scenario comparisons when inputs are uncertain.
Commercial independence
Advertising, if introduced, does not determine our conclusions or earn favorable coverage. Sponsored content and affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed on the relevant page. At launch, this site does not publish paid recommendations.
Corrections
We correct material errors and update the review date when a change affects the method or conclusion. Readers can report an issue through the contact page; please include the page URL and enough detail for us to reproduce the problem.
